Successful Redesign of Non-Profit Site
CHALLENGE
To celebrate its 20th anniversary, SPI donated our services to InterAction, a non-profit organization, who won SPI Group’s contest. The organization promotes inclusion in colleges, organizations and neighborhoods. They wanted an enhanced website that:
- had an easy-to-use content management platform;
- clearly communicated their brand, mission and vision;
- simplified the donation process;
- had analytics to maximize fundraising strategies.
ACTIONS
We worked with our partner to:
- audit the site;
- revise content;
- make the navigation more intuitive to use;
- implement a new content management system;
- train staff on site publishing and Google Analytics.
RESULTS
Within two months after launch the new site received 87% more new visitors.
