Keeping Retirees Connected and Part of the Family
CHALLENGE
To fulfill their commitment to their retirees, Pfizer needed a platform to communicate, connect and keep them engaged. The client joined forces with SPI Group to create a website that realized those objectives.
ACTIONS
In building the site SPI Group:
- identified what news would be relevant to retirees, such as health information, Pfizer news, announcements, advocacy information and benefit resources;
- developed a community section where retirees could create a profile and connect with former colleagues.
RESULTS
Currently, there are 8,000+ retirees registered for the Community Corner on the Pfizer Plus Website.
